The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced HP Board 12th Result 2024 today, April 29. Students can view their individual results on the official website, hpbose.org

According to reports, approximately 85,000 Class 12 students participated in the examination, resulting in an overall pass rate of 73.76%. This year, a total of 41 students have achieved positions in the top 10 merit lists across Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. Girls lead the merit list, with approximately 30 of them securing positions.

Steps to check HPBOSE 12th Result 2024

• Visit the official website of HP Board, hpbose.org.
• On the homepage, locate and click on the link labeled ‘HPBOSE 12th Result 2024’.
• You'll be directed to a new page.
• Enter your roll number and date of birth in the respective fields.
• After entering the details, click on the submit button.
• Your HP Board 12th result for 2024 will then be displayed on the screen.
• Review the result carefully.
• Optionally, download a copy of the result for future reference.
• If needed, print out a hard copy for your records.

The previous year, on May 20, 2023, the board published the class 12 results on its official website, with girls emerging as the toppers across all streams. Ojaswini Upmanyu clinched the top spot in the Science stream with an impressive 98.6 percent, while Vrinda Thakur led the Commerce stream, and Tarnija Sharma secured the first position in Arts.

Interestingly, due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, HPBOSE canceled the class 12 exams, opting instead to assess students based on internal evaluations, encompassing their performance in class 10, pre-board exams, and practical assessments. The pass rate for 2021 stood at 92.7 percent.
