An actor is a person who performs in front of an audience typically in theatres, films, on television, or any other forms of entertainment. Actors use their voices, body and emotions to bring a character to life as well as tell a story. They may also perform in musicals, operas or other live productions. Some actors also work as voice-over artists providing the voices for animated characters or commercials. 

In general, the goal of an actor is to connect with the audience and convey a message or emotion through their performance. Eligibility

For Bachelor’s

  • The applicant may submit an application for a bachelor's degree in drama, theatre arts, acting or performing arts from a reputed university or college.
  • Aspirants can apply for Bachelor of Acting Film & Television, B.Sc in Cinema and Diploma in Acting, B.Sc in Cinema and Diploma in Acting.

For Masters

After completing bachelor’s degree, the seekers can apply for post graduation in the MFA in Drama, M.Sc in Cinema or PG Diploma in Acting.
