About

A project manager is responsible for overseeing a specific project or multiple projects within an organisation. Their primary role is to plan, execute and close the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget as well as in accordance to the satisfaction of stakeholders. As already stated, a project manager is responsible for defining the scope, objectives and deliverables of the project. Moreover, these managers monitor the progress in the project and track budget to minimise the risks and maximise the business profit. 

Furthermore, the project manager plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed successfully. For Bachelor’s

  • The aspirants are required to pursue Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration or public administration.
