Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal is a private engineering college located in Manipal, Karnataka, India. It was established in 1957 and is one of the first self-financing engineering colleges in India. Admission

The admission procedure at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal is as follows:

  • Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational as one of the optional subjects. They should have scored a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination.
  • Application: Candidates can apply online on the official website of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) or offline by obtaining the application form from the Admissions Office of MAHE.
  • Entrance Exam: Candidates have to appear for the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) conducted by MAHE.
