Eligibility

CLAT 2025 Eligibility for UG Program

To apply for undergraduate law courses through CLAT 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as per the official notification:

  1. Age Limit: There is no upper age limit specified for the undergraduate program (UG).

  2. Educational Qualification:

    • Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or institution.

    • For the General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories, candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

    • For SC/ST category candidates, a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination is required.

  3. Appearing Candidates: Students who are appearing for the 10+2 examination in the academic year (March/April 2025) are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates must provide proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
