  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities). Candidates with an M.Phil. degree or a Judge's Diploma in Law may also be eligible under certain conditions.
  • Age Limit: There is no age limit for candidates applying to the Ph.D. program.
