Eligibility criteria require candidates to possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, with final-year students also eligible to apply. The exam itself spans 2.5 hours, comprising 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a marking scheme of one mark for each correct answer and a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect response.
