The RBI Grade B 2024 exam syllabus is comprehensive and covers a diverse range of subjects, designed to assess the candidates' knowledge and understanding of various domains relevant to central banking and economic management. The syllabus is divided into three phases.

Phase I (Preliminary) focuses on four main areas: General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Reasoning. General Awareness includes topics such as current affairs, banking awareness, economic and social issues, and general knowledge. Quantitative Aptitude covers numerical problems, data interpretation, and arithmetic. The English Language section assesses grammar, comprehension, and vocabulary, while Reasoning tests logical reasoning and analytical abilities.

The English paper assesses essay writing, précis, and comprehension skills.

The final stage, the Interview, evaluates the candidates' overall personality, communication skills, and understanding of economic issues. The extensive syllabus requires candidates to prepare thoroughly, as it tests both their conceptual knowledge and ability to apply it in real-world scenarios.
